CPX Policies

 

  • Devices Supported
    • We only support devices with windows 7, 8 or 10. We do not repair Apple products.
  • Refunds
    • If the issue returns within 30 days of service completion, computer will be picked up at no cost for further service.
    • If the issue returns within 30 days of the second service & still cannot be resolved, then a full refund will be given for the amount spent on services.
  • Shield Members
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage(s) incurred as a result of viruses.
    • In the unlikely event that we are unable to remove a virus from your computer; you are entitled to a full refund of monthly payments given to CloudPros Xpress for virus protection on that computer.
    • We CANNOT remote in your personal computers.
    • We DO NOT collect any personal information.
    • Shield members paying $25 a month cannot cancel within 3 months of any residential services.
  • Hours
    • All services are scheduled with a technician to be worked on at the agreed upon date and time.
    • We have a 24 hour response time.
    • We DO NOT offer remote support.
  • Computer Handling
    • Computer must be ready for pick-up with the necessary power supply or charger.
    • We will not enter your residence to retrieve equipment unless needed.
    • Payment must be completed before computer pick-up or drop-off.
    • Technicians will not wait longer than 15 minutes at pick-up or drop-off location.
  • Computer Repair
    • We are not responsible for re-installing purchased software unless specified and provided with legal software & key.
    • We are not responsible for backing-up any corrupted or infected files.
    • We are not responsible for your personal settings unless specified.
  • Software
    • Computers will only be rebuilt with PC’s original genuine operating system. Any upgrades must be purchased.
